About Us

Loghic Events is an Australian-owned provider of studio, hybrid and virtual event solutions. From ASX investor briefings and AGMs to government webinars, corporate events and studio productions, we work with organisations across Australia to deliver professional, reliable events.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Producer to join our Sydney team in a four-day-per-week role.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the technical setup, operation and delivery of live events across our studio, hybrid and virtual environments.

Working alongside our production and client services teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring events are technically prepared and delivered smoothly from start to finish.

We're looking for someone who brings strong technical experience, is confident managing productions independently when required and enjoys collaborating with others to deliver great results.

This is an on-site position based at our Sydney CBD studio, with attendance at other event locations as required. The role is generally Monday to Thursday, with some flexibility required around event schedules, particularly during our busier periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the technical setup and delivery of studio, hybrid and virtual events
- Operate live-streaming systems, cameras, audio equipment, video switchers and associated production technology
- Configure and test technical workflows ahead of live events
- Monitor live productions and troubleshoot technical issues quickly and calmly
- Work closely with producers, clients and presenters to ensure smooth event delivery
- Identify potential technical challenges and implement practical solutions
- Support post-production requirements, including recordings, file management and light editing
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of technical workflows,

production processes and studio operations

What We're Looking For

- Proven hands-on experience in live streaming and technical event production, ideally delivering corporate events such as webinars, investor presentations, conferences or hybrid events
- Demonstrated ability to independently set up, operate and troubleshoot live productions, including cameras, audio, switching and streaming systems
- Solid understanding of video, audio and live-streaming workflows
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A proactive approach to preparation, problem-solving and technical quality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events
- Flexibility to work variable days and hours depending on event schedules

Technical Skills

Experience with the following would be highly regarded:

- vMix for live production and switching
- Zoom and Vimeo for virtual event and streaming workflows
- Knowledge of NDI workflows
- Professional camera, audio and video switching equipment
- Live webinar and hybrid event production
- Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software (desirable, not essential)

Why Join Loghic Events?

- Four-day working week, generally Monday to Thursday
- Work across a diverse mix of studio, hybrid and virtual productions
- Hands-on involvement in events for leading Australian organisations
- Work from our Sydney studio alongside an experienced and collaborative team
- The opportunity to take ownership of technical delivery and contribute your ideas and expertise

Interested?

If you're someone who enjoys the technical side of live production, takes pride in getting things right and thrives in a fast-paced event environment, we'd love to hear from you.
