B&R; Enclosures is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our Melbourne-based sales team. Servicing an established territory across Victoria, you'll work with a loyal customer base while identifying new opportunities for growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an electrical trade background or industry experience who enjoys working with people and wants to develop a long-term career in sales.

About the Role

As a Technical Sales Representative, you'll partner with customers to understand their requirements and provide practical electrotechnical solutions. You'll work with a diverse range of customers, including:

- Electrical wholesalers

- Electrical contractors

- Consulting engineers

- Government departments

- Industrial and commercial businesses

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an existing sales territory across Melbourne & regional VIC

- Conduct regular customer visits and sales calls

- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers

- Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships

- Provide technical advice and product recommendations

- Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships,



solving problems and delivering outstanding customer outcomes. Ideally, you'll have:

- An electrical trade qualification or electrical industry knowledge

- Sales experience (preferred but not essential)

- The ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships

- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A self-motivated approach and ability to work independently
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout VIC
