Doric Products, part of the Alchin Long Group, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our Victorian team.

This exciting opportunity will see you responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across an established territory. Reporting to the Southern Regional Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Doric's presence throughout Victoria.

This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering practical solutions to customers within the building products, construction, manufacturing, hardware, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow sales within an established territory
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide technical product advice and solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct customer visits and presentations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service
- Undertake regional travel as required

About You To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Previous B2B sales experience, preferably within building products, manufacturing, hardware, construction, or a related industry
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive and results-driven approach
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and effectively manage your territory
- A current unrestricted driver's licence
- A safe driving history and the ability to provide a current driving record upon request
- Experience within the window and door industry will be highly regarded but is not essential
