Als Technisch Coördinator E&I; heb jij een sleutelrol om ervoor te zorgen dat het ETD-team soepel draait en goed samen werkt met alle andere afdelingen. Heb je enige jaren ervaring in een industriële omgeving en krijg je hier energie van? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

In deze functie houd je je bezig met het aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van de ETD Technicians en huiscontractors. Je neemt uitgevoerde werkzaamheden af en stemt de uit te voeren werkzaamheden af met Productie en TD. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het opstellen van werkvergunningen en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, verdeling en bewaking van dagelijkse en wekelijkse werkzaamheden en prioriteiten.

Ook beoordeel je de werkpakketten die door Werkvoorbereiders en Engineers worden aangeleverd en voer je hierover overleg. Daarnaast beoordeel je mede het functioneren van medewerkers en voer je functioneringsgesprekken. Verder behandel je verlofaanvragen, ondersteun je bij de jaarlijkse Shutdowns/Turnaround en signaleer je knelpunten en verbeter je processen.

Wie zoeken wij?

Jij hebt 5 tot 7 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een productieomgeving en beschikt over leidinggevende ervaring. Je hebt vakinhoudelijke kennis van elektrotechnische bedrijfsinstallaties en meet- en regeltechniek en bent gewend om te werken met relevante softwarepakketten.

Verder herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

- Je hebt kennis van relevante normen, zoals NEN 1010, NEN 3140, NEN 3840 en ATEX;
- Je bent in het bezit van VCA-VOL of bent bereid dit certificaat te behalen;
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als Engels;
- Je weet collega’s op een duidelijke en motiverende manier aan te sturen.
