About BOS Civil
BOS Civil is a Perth-based civil construction contractor delivering urban, regional, infrastructure, streetscapes and minor works projects for government and private clients across Western Australia.
We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented Tender & Bid Coordinator to join our Estimating team. This role suits someone who enjoys pulling information together, working with people across the business and producing professional, high-quality submissions. You’ll play a key part in how we win work by making sure every submission is accurate, compliant, well presented and on time.
About the Role
You’ll report to the Estimating Manager and work closely with our estimators and Construction Managers to coordinate tenders, EOIs, proposals and prequalification submissions across BOS Civil. You will:
- Coordinate tender submissions from initial requirements through to final preparation and lodgement
- Review tender documentation to identify key requirements, returnable schedules and deadlines
- Gather information from Construction Managers, estimators, project teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Run tender kick-off meetings, track actions and follow up outstanding inputs
- Collate, edit and format non-price responses, including capability, WHS, quality and environmental sections
- Tailor CVs, project profiles and case studies to each submission
- Maintain the tender register, content library, templates and supporting documents
- Manage prequalification and panel registrations, and tender correspondence through Tenders WA and client portals
- Coordinate debriefs and help improve our tendering process
About You
You’re proactive and organised, and you take pride in producing accurate,
well-presented work under deadlines. You’ll bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in tender coordination, bid preparation or commercial administration
- An understanding of tendering processes and the ability to juggle multiple submissions and deadlines
- Excellent writing skills, with strong attention to detail, grammar and presentation
- Strong organisation and time management, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Confidence dealing with site and engineering teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- The ability to work independently, use your initiative and contribute to a small team
- Full Australian working rights
Highly regarded but not essential:
- Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or local and state government tendering in WA
- A relevant qualification in business, communications, construction or a related field
Candidates with strong tendering experience from other industries are encouraged to apply.
