About the Role Are you a both sales and process-driven contracts maestro who thrives on turning complex tender requirements into winning submissions? We are seeking a part-time Tender & Contracts Officer Guru to join our growing team based in Joondalup.

This is a part-time opportunity structured across Tuesday - Thursday. You will take complete ownership of our end-to-end tender life cycle, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and maintaining the sharpest attention to detail.

What You Will Do

- Lead the end-to-end preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality tenders and business proposals.
- Critically review contracts, service agreements, and compliance frameworks
- Collaboratively engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to extract specifications.
- Maintain and continuously improve our tender library, templates, and track records.




- Monitor procurement pipelines and ensure all milestones, deadlines, and compliance is met.
- Manage teacher recruitment, coordination, assessments and marking

What You Bring
- Proven track record in tender writing, contract management, or procurement.
- Exceptional command of written English with the ability to articulate solutions simply.
- Razor-sharp attention to detail
- Commercial smarts and comfortable navigating contracts with stakeholders and decision makers
- Australian Citizenship is an absolute requirement for this role due to the nature of our client portfolios.
