About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to support a technology project, helping deliver quality application changes and enhancements across a complex business environment.

Working alongside Business Analysts, developers and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and executing testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are fit for purpose.

This is a hands-on role, requiring someone who can work across the testing lifecycle, from reviewing requirements and developing test cases through to execution, defect management and reporting.

Key accountabilities include:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts to support application changes and project delivery.

- Perform functional, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Work closely with Business Analysts, developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and coordinate testing activities.

- Identify, document and track defects, working with technical teams to support investigation and resolution.





- Review project documentation and requirements to identify testing scenarios and potential risks.

- Monitor testing progress, maintain accurate test documentation and provide regular status updates.

- Support the release of application changes and enhancements, ensuring solutions meet expected quality standards.

About You

- Demonstrated experience working as a Test Analyst within application development or technology projects.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the application development lifecycle.

- Experience developing test plans, test cases and test scripts, and executing functional testing.

- Experience working with Business Analysts, developers and business stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.

- Robust defect management, documentation and reporting skills.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across both technical and business teams.

- Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
