In this 5-month contract, you will lead end-to-end testing for a Workforce Management solution implementation at The Lottery Corporation. Working across business, technology and vendor teams, you will plan, coordinate and deliver testing activities to ensure the solution is ready for deployment. This includes overseeing SIT, UAT, defect management, test reporting and go-live readiness.

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a proven track record delivering testing for application implementations involving multiple systems and integrations. You will partner with stakeholders, delivery teams and vendors to manage quality risks, provide delivery assurance and support successful project outcomes

We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment that blends remote work with on-site presence as needed to meet key deliverables. Please note, this role will be engaged as a contractor, on assignment at The Lottery Corporation through Hudson Talent Solutions.

What you'll do

- Lead end-to-end testing across business, technology and vendor teams for a complex enterprise transformation





- Develop and execute the overall test strategy, including SIT, UAT, regression and parallel-run testing

- Coordinate testing across multiple applications, integrations, environments and data flows to ensure complete solution coverage

- Manage test readiness, execution, defect triage, risk management and test reporting throughout the project lifecycle

- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to drive quality outcomes

- Provide test assurance, phase sign-off recommendations and go-live readiness assessments

What you'll bring

- Extensive experience as a Test Manager leading testing for large-scale application implementations with complex system integrations

- Strong expertise in test strategy, planning, governance, execution and defect management across enterprise environments

- Proven experience delivering SIT, UAT, regression testing and business readiness activities

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors, stakeholders and delivery teams in a matrix environment

- Strong understanding of test traceability, environment readiness, test data management and release assurance

- Experience with workforce management, payroll, time and attendance, contact centre or similarly complex enterprise platforms will be highly regarded
