- Processing ticket allocations, offers and internal ticket requests
- Resolving ticketing issues, including ticket movements and refunds
- Supporting ticketing arrangements for Queensland Firebirds home games, Netball Queensland events and Nissan Arena
- Providing membership customer service on Firebirds matchdays when required

ABOUT YOU You will be a great fit for this role if you:

- Have a strong customer service mindset and enjoy helping people
- Are highly organised, accurate and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Communicate confidently and professionally by phone and email
- Can work independently and proactively while also collaborating effectively with others
- Have strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft applications
- Have experience using membership or ticketing systems
- Are interested in sport, live events or the entertainment industry
- Can adapt your availability during busy periods and provide additional support when needed

Previous ticketing experience, particularly allocating, moving or refunding tickets, will be highly regarded. Experience using Ticketek systems would also be advantageous.
