You’ll be hands-on across the production process, operating machinery, handling and preparing timber, checking quality, and wrapping and strapping finished packs.
No fancy CV required. If you’re reliable, safety conscious, enjoy hands-on work and know how to put in a solid day, we want to hear from you.
For the right person, there are great career progression opportunities, with the chance to learn, step up and build a genuine career within the timber industry.

- Wrapping and strapping finished timber packs
- Checking product to ensure quality standards are met
- Recording basic production and process information
- Identifying and reporting equipment faults
- Working alongside production and maintenance teams
- Manual handling, including lifting and bending

This is where the role really stacks up.
- You’re joining a business that wants long-term people, with stable hours, a supportive working environment and management that appreciates experienced operators.
