We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our growing team, working across some beautiful residential gardens.
You'll work 4 x 10-hour days each week, giving you 3 days off every week to spend however you choose.
No reduction in your normal 40-hour working week — just a better balance between work and life.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising a garden maintenance crew.
- Carrying out regular garden maintenance across residential properties.
- Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning and trimming.
- Weeding, mulching, planting and garden clean-ups.
- Planning daily jobs and organising your team's workload.
- Making sure jobs are completed to a high standard.
- Looking after equipment, vehicles and tools.
- Communicating with clients and management.
- Keeping worksites clean, tidy and safe.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in garden maintenance or landscaping.
- Experience leading a team or supervising a crew.
- Good knowledge of plants, gardening and maintenance techniques.
- Someone who is organised, reliable and takes initiative.
- A hands-on attitude – happy to lead from the front and get on the tools.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Current driver's licence.
- White Card, Police check, Working with Children check.
