THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a confident, hands-on Assistant Manager who thrives in high-energy environments and is excited to help bring a new restaurant concept to life.

This is more than a business-as-usual role. You’ll be trusted to lead from the front, shape service standards, and influence how this next chapter unfolds.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager,



you’ll play a critical role in driving performance, culture, and guest experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Leading late-night trade, live entertainment, and weekend service

- Setting the pace, energy, and standards on the floor

- Coaching and motivating teams across bar, floor, and dining

- Managing opens, closes, and real-time operational decisions

- Handling guest escalations professionally and confidently

- Ensuring compliance, safety, and venue standards

- Partnering with senior leaders to lift performance and culture

ABOUT YOU

You’re a robust, calm leader who thrives under pressure and loves the buzz of a packed venue.

You’ll bring:

- Experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Duty Manager

- Background in high-volume, late-night, or entertainment venues

- Exposure to food-led or restaurant service (highly regarded)

- Confidence running shifts independently

- Solutions-focused, people-first leadership style

- Availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays

- Current NSW RSA, RCG & ARCG

- IdealPOS and Deputy experience (advantage)
