Reporting to the Regional Packing Manager, you will lead the transition to an internally managed dispatch and logistics operation while ensuring service continuity and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Establish the internal operating model, including team structure, processes, systems and operational controls.

- Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring accurate, timely deliveries and consistent cold-chain integrity.

- Optimise freight, load planning, vehicle utilisation and transport scheduling.

- Identify opportunities to reduce freight costs, waiting times and reliance on premium freight.

- Manage carrier relationships, performance expectations and distribution costs.

- Recruit, develop and lead an accountable, safety-focused logistics team.

We are seeking a commercially minded, hands-on logistics leader with the ability to establish an operation, build capability and deliver measurable improvements.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Significant leadership experience across logistics, transport, dispatch or distribution operations.

- Experience in FMCG, agriculture, food production, mining, manufacturing or another high-volume operational environment.

- A proven track record in establishing, transitioning or improving logistics operations.

- Strong knowledge of cold-chain logistics, dispatch processes and distribution planning.

- Demonstrated commercial acumen,



including freight cost management and carrier performance.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and continuous improvement capabilities.

- A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to drive accountability and lead through change.
