Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking an organised, hands-on dispatch professional with strong coordination skills and the ability to lead people in a fast-paced operational environment.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing, distribution or transport operations.

- Experience coordinating daily workloads, dispatch schedules and loading activities within a high-volume workplace.

- Previous experience supervising or leading a small operational team, or the desire to step into a leadership position.

- Strong understanding of dispatch processes, inventory movements, documentation and product handling.

- Experience within agriculture, fresh produce, FMCG, food production or similar environments will be advantageous.

- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and resolve operational challenges.

- A proactive, practical approach with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, teamwork and getting the job done.
