- Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
The Like Mind
You are an experienced Civil Project Manager who enjoys having responsibility and being actively involved in project delivery.
You are commercially astute, solutions-focused and confident bringing people together to achieve a common goal.
You understand the importance of planning, communication and taking ownership, particularly when managing complex projects and competing priorities.
You will ideally have:
- Demonstrated Project Management experience within the civil construction industry
- A background delivering civil infrastructure or complex external works projects
- Strong commercial, programming and project management capabilities
- Experience leading project teams, subcontractors and delivery partners
- The ability to build and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships
- A proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving outcomes
- Civil Engineering qualifications, which will be highly regarded
- The confidence to operate within a growing business and manage multiple project demands
Above all, you will be someone who takes pride in their work, values a collaborative team setting and is motivated to deliver quality outcomes.
