You will be supported by a wonderful team including 1 x RN's, 2 x Practice Nurse, 4 x Aboriginal Health Practitioners, a chronic disease coordinator and a full spread of admin/clinic staff. Communicare is the software used and training can be provided if you are unfamiliar with this. Prior AMS experience is desirable but not essential.
The appointments are 30 mins and hours worked are Monday -Friday 8:30-5:00. Rates of $1600 + super are paid plus travel, car and accommodation support provided.
