Jordan Plumbing is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Traineeship - Service Administrator. This full-time role is based in Croydon Park, South Australia and will provide you with the opportunity to develop valuable skills and experience in a supportive and agile work environment.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to our service team, including processing customer requests, maintaining detailed records, and assisting with scheduling and coordination
- Answering and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Performing data entry and other clerical duties as required
- Continually looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
