About The Role

Show Group is looking for a Travel Specialist to join our team, supporting clients across the exciting Entertainment and Sport industries.

This is more than a traditional travel consultant role. You'll take ownership of end-to-end travel and logistics for major productions and projects, including film and television productions, music tours, theatre, sporting events and campaigns.

Working closely with artists, athletes, talent, production crews, executives and other key stakeholders, you'll become a trusted extension of your clients' teams, ensuring every detail is planned, coordinated and delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Operating with a project management mindset, you'll take ownership of the full travel and logistics lifecycle, from initial planning and mobilisation through to project delivery, wrap-up and financial reconciliation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Managing end-to-end travel and logistics requirements for entertainment and sporting projects.
- Planning, negotiating, quoting and coordinating flights, charter services, accommodation, ground transport and group travel.
- Organising additional requirements including excess baggage, equipment, meet and greet services, artist riders and other project-specific logistics.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans,



ensuring deadlines, budgets and deliverables are met.
- Managing project budgets, invoicing and financial reconciliation, proactively identifying and minimising potential financial risks.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering a high level of service, communication and attention to detail.
- Anticipating challenges, adapting to changing priorities and finding practical solutions in a dynamic setting.

About You

You'll Bring

- Experience in corporate, entertainment, sports or leisure travel management.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Excellent financial and administrative skills, including quoting, budgeting and reconciliation.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building capabilities.
- Confidence working autonomously, taking ownership and making decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
- A flexible approach and willingness to work outside standard business hours when project requirements demand it.
