Do you speak Italian and enjoy sharing a friendly chat? We are looking for a caring Italian-speaking Social Volunteer to visit a lovely lady for one hour each week and provide companionship through conversation and connection.

This lady enjoys spending time looking out at her beautiful garden, watching game shows on TV, and having a good chat. She would love the company of someone who can speak Italian with her, share stories, reminisce, and enjoy regular visits filled with friendship and laughter.

Whether you're discussing the garden, guessing answers on a game show, or simply catching up over a conversation, your weekly visits can bring comfort, connection, and something special to look forward to.

No special experience is required, just a friendly nature, a listening ear, and a willingness to build a genuine friendship.

Our client is requesting a visit between 10am and 5pm Monday, Tuesday or Wednesdays, visits could be weekly depending on your availability.

Training

Training is provided as well as ongoing support by a local Volunteer Coordinator.

We offer an extensive online and face-to-face training program so you will be well equipped as a volunteer. Optional - First Aid course
