Key Responsibilities
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
Coordinate sample requests and customer follow-ups.
Assist with day-to-day customer needs.
Liaise with the warehouse and office team to ensure smooth operations.
About You
Friendly and confident communicator.
Well-organised with valuable attention to detail.
Positive attitude and able to take initiative.
Comfortable using computers and email.
Current driver’s licence.
Previous customer service or wholesale experience is an advantage
