We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities for major capital projects, including sourcing strategies, tendering, contract negotiations, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in capital project procurement
Strong exposure to large, multi-million-dollar EPC/EPCM contracts
Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with engineering, project delivery, and construction teams
Ability to manage multiple procurement packages in a rapid-paced project environment
