About the role

As a Pivot Coordinator, you will be supporting individuals to move from crisis to stability, from stability to capability, and from capability to contribution. You will sometimes be doing this work in the prisons and sometimes in the community. Working within a team-oriented leadership frame and a reshaping team, this is a rare opportunity to form what's next. As some clients are prison-based, you must be willing and able to work in a custodial setting.

Key responsibilities
Provide direct client support and case management
Deliver community engagement and program delivery
Provide high quality,



person-centred supports across justice and community
Promote dignity, wellbeing, inclusion and empowerment for people in custody and transitioning and community members experiencing disadvantage
Maintain accurate record keeping
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Support individuals transitioning from crisis to stability to capability to contribution
