In this role, you will be responsible for:
Managing new tenancies,



including hosting open homes and conducting detailed ingoing condition reports.
Conducting routine inspections to ensure the highest standards of property maintenance.
Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion.
Attending to tenancy requests promptly and professionally.

Role requirements:
Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence or be willing to obtain the qualifications
Current and valid driver’s licence
Ability to work Saturdays on a fortnight basis with a Monday RDO
