Role Description The Bridal Stylist is a full time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA, responsible for guiding clients through the process of selecting bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories. Day-to-day tasks include greeting clients, conducting one-on-one styling consultations, understanding each client’s preferences and budget, and recommending suitable options from the collection. The Bridal Stylist assists with fitting appointments, provides honest and supportive feedback, and ensures garments are presented, handled,



and stored with care. The role also involves processing sales, managing appointments, maintaining showroom presentation, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience.

Qualifications
Solid retail sales skills with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Effective communication skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide clear styling advice.
Focus on creating a positive, memorable customer experience for diverse clients.
Previous experience in fashion, bridal, or formalwear retail is highly beneficial.
