Purpose: give a timely, transparent view of program status. Seniority: Mid to senior. Reports to: PMO lead.
Responsibilities
Produce status reporting and the steering committee pack.
Maintain risk, issue, assumption and dependency registers.
Build and own reporting tooling and processes.
Pair with ASIC PMO staff so they run the reporting cycle.
Essential: PMO reporting and RAID management on large programs; robust data and reporting tool skills. Desirable: Power BI or similar; Commonwealth reporting.
