Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Oversight and coordination of Medilaw’s accounts and future accounts.
Manage and nurture client relationships incorporating contract management; contract renewal, customer retention and business growth.
Overall responsibility for developing strategy and managing relationships with assigned customers including contract management and key internal and external stakeholder liaison.
Manage client concerns or complaints ensuring a consistent approach to resolutions and outcomes.
Ensure that operational delivery matches contracted requirements.
Lead a national strategy to identify and pursue prospects for business growth.
