Working alongside the owners and management team to oversee the day-to-day operations of CAMBIO VITA, ensuring a high standard of service, team performance and overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the daily management and smooth operation of restaurant service.
Supervising, training and mentoring front-of-house staff.
Coordinating staff rosters, shift allocations and daily operations.
Maintaining service standards and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Managing bookings, enquiries and guest relations.
Overseeing opening and closing procedures.
Monitoring stock levels, ordering and supplier communication.
Assisting with admin, timesheets and staff records.
Handling customer feedback and resolving service issues.
Working closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication.
Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and operational standards across the venue.
Experience & Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Assistant Restaurant Manager role.
Availability to work weekends, including evenings.
Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach with solid attention to detail.
