Media Account Manager/Director: Planning and Buying

Hands on media planning and buying role, translating client objectives into effective media strategies and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to brief. Day-to-day responsibilities include offline media planning and buying, managing client communications, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring campaign performance to optimize results. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring high standards of service and contributing to the overall reputation of Adstaff’s client agencies.

Skills:
Demonstrated experience in Account Management, with a track record of building and maintaining solid client relationships.
Proficiency in Media Planning and buying across TV channels, with the ability to develop effective, data-informed media strategies.
Strong Communication skills,



including transparent written and verbal communication and confident client-facing presentation abilities.
Solid Project Management capabilities, including campaign coordination, timeline management, and attention to detail in execution.
Experience in media agencies, preferably in a Media Account Manager or Media Director capacity.
Ability to interpret analytics and performance reports to optimize campaigns and articulate results to clients.
Comfort working in a quick-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline is highly regarded.
Relevant software skills including BCC
