We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to join our Roma branch. This is an chance for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a close-knit team and is ready to take the next step in their career.

A bit about your role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the Roma branch and help deliver a consistently high level of service to our customers.





This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with operational work. You will be involved in everything from supporting customers at the counter and over the phone, to warehouse operations, deliveries, stock management and assisting to drive branch sales and performance.
Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operation of the branch
Provide outstanding customer service to trade and retail customers
Build and maintain solid relationships with local customers and suppliers
Assist with coaching, supporting and leading branch team members
Process sales, quotations, orders and enquiries accurately and efficiently
Support stock control, receipting, replenishment and general warehouse duties
Complete deliveries as required and ensure secure, efficient branch operations
Promote a positive safety culture and maintain high housekeeping standards
Help identify opportunities to grow sales and improve the customer experience
