Bawinanga Homelands Aboriginal Corporation (BHAC) is looking for Tucker Run Supervisor.

This job helps make sure food and essential supplies are delivered safely to homelands communities.

You will lead a team to prepare, load and deliver groceries, look after vehicles and equipment, and follow safe food handling rules.

You will work under the direction of the Project Coordinator and may travel to different homelands depending on deliveries.

Main duties include: Supervise and oversee preparation, packing and loading food and essential items supervise and oversee delivery of groceries and supplies to homelands communities Drive safely and follow delivery schedules and instructions Keep vehicles, equipment and delivery areas clean and tidy Follow road safety rules, seatbelt use and vehicle checks Watch road conditions,



weather and hazards and report issues Keep easy records and logs for the Tucker Run Follow food safety and temperature control rules Essential: Manual driver’s licence Off-road / 4WD driving experience Ability to work safely on rough roads and in remote areas Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions Ability to work reliably and independently Willingness to complete required training (provided), including: 4WD / Off-road driving Food hygiene / food handling First Aid and CPR Applicants must be eligible and currently participating in the RAES program.

This position does not come with housing and is suited for someone already living in Maningrida Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members, promoting secure work practices and high-quality service standards.
