Senior Civil / Structural Design Engineer - Inner North East Melbourne - $150K - $160K + super
I’m working with a boutique engineering consultancy specialising in the water sector to recruit for a Senior Civil or Structural Design Engineer.
This is an prospect to stay hands-on technically while mentoring a junior team across diverse water infrastructure projects. Whilst civil experience is preferred, structural design experience on water infrastructure projects will also be considered.
The consultancy combines engineering design with environmental advisory expertise, delivering projects across regional Victoria, with prospects for secondments with water authorities.
• Enjoys technical design and practical problem-solving.
• Has civil or structural design experience, ideally within water or related infrastructure.
• Enjoys helping junior engineers build their skills and confidence.
• Understands water authority requirements.
• Is happy working primarily from the office to support mentoring and collaboration.
You may be working within a larger consultancy and looking for a smaller team where you can contribute directly to project delivery and the development of others.
