About the role

As Head Baker, you'll play a key role in bringing our recent bakery to life. Working closely with the owner, you'll help develop the product offering and build a team that is passionate about baking and delivers exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities
Help set up and establish the bakery ahead of opening
Develop, refine and execute a high-quality bakery offering
Train and build a team of skilled bakers
Lead, organise and support the bakery team
Manage stock production quantities, stock and orders

About you
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in baking
Experience in leading, training or managing a team
Confident in developing recipes and establishing production systems
Organised, proactive and adaptable
A natural leader who has initiative and drive
