Key Responsibilities

Transport Operations
Manage daily consignments, tracking, PODs and freight movements through Transvirtual.
Liaise with metro, regional and interstate carriers.
Monitor deliveries, carrier performance and service exceptions.
Resolve freight enquiries, claims and delivery issues.
Maintain accurate freight and customer information within Transvirtual.

Internal Sales & Quoting
Prepare competitive freight quotations for existing and prospective customers.
Understand carrier rate cards, freight margins and customer pricing.
Manage freight rates and customer pricing within Transvirtual.
Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into business.
Support account growth and existing customer relationships.

Customer Service
Handle inbound customer calls and emails.
Provide proactive delivery updates.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Work closely with management and our carrier network.
