About the role

Espresso Works is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our thriving team. In this rapid-paced, in office warehouse role, you will drive sales targets and profit margins through excellent customer service, efficient administration, and growing product knowledge.

Key responsibilities
Process sales transactions and enquiries in person, via phone, and email
Pick, pack, and dispatch parts orders accurately for shipment
Unpack incoming stock orders and organise parts inventory upon arrival
Maintain regular communication with Operations Manager and Managing Director with global suppliers and overseas manufacturers to accurately forecast stock requirements and manage import lead times
Supply and invoice parts for our Trade, Service, Workshop, and Road Technician teams
Complete general administrative tasks within the parts department
Assist with parts deliveries when necessary

About you
Competent in basic computer operations, email, and digital workflows
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build trust and relationships
Strong attention to detail,



highly organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced workplace
Ability to work independently and collaborate seamlessly within a small team
Well-groomed, professional presentation
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory
Low to mid-level manual handling is required
Prior experience or competence with Unleashed (inventory software) or ServiceM8 (job management) is highly regarded
Prior experience with espresso machinery or coffee parts is a major plus but not required
