An opportunity has become available for an experienced Member Services Officer to join a well-established organisation based in Perth CBD. This six-month contract offers $44 per hour plus superannuation and would suit a customer-focused professional who enjoys managing enquiries, resolving issues and providing high-quality service in a busy team workplace.

We are seeking an experienced Member Services Officer for an initial six-month contract based in Perth CBD. This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in customer service, contact centres or account administration who enjoys helping customers and delivering positive service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound telephone and email enquiries, providing professional and timely customer support.
Assist with account-related enquiries, general information requests and administrative processes.
Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters where required.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information across internal systems.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure enquiries are resolved efficiently.
Deliver a high standard of customer service while managing competing priorities.




Support general administration and contribute to a positive team environment.

About You
Previous experience in customer service, member services or a contact centre environment.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence handling telephone enquiries and resolving customer issues.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, customer-focused environment.
A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
