Overview

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will help run marketing across Australia and Recent Zealand, working closely with the local sales team and the global brand team. The role covers the full mix: campaigns, trade and channel support, digital content, and reporting.

Responsibilities
Help build the annual ANZ marketing calendar, and plan and run B2B campaigns across email, social, paid digital, print and trade channels, from brief to results.
Adapt global brand guidelines, campaigns and assets for the local market, and lead launches of new styles, colours and ranges with the sales team.
Build co-op and joint marketing programs with distributors and promotional resellers, and give sales what they need to sell: catalogues, price lists, sell sheets, presentations, samples and product training.
Coordinate trade shows, customer events and open days, and build relationships with printers and decorators through showcases, print tests, case studies and partner content.
Create and commission copy, photography, video and social content that shows off fabric, fit and print results, and manage local social media, email marketing and website content.
Keep product data, imagery and specifications accurate across distributor sites, catalogues and digital channels,



and plan paid search and social within budget, working with agencies where needed.
Report monthly on campaign performance, leads and ROI. You’ll also manage budgets, purchase orders and suppliers.

Skills
Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar ''generalist'' role, ideally in B2B, apparel, promotional products, wholesale or consumer goods.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns end to end, on time and on budget.
Solid digital skills: social media, email platforms, CMS, Google Analytics/Ads and Meta Ads.
Excellent writing and storytelling, with a sharp eye for design and brand consistency.
Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders in a rapid-moving team.
Commercial mindset, comfortable working closely with sales and using data to make decisions.
