We are looking for a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our agile team and contribute to the successful completion of our solar projects.

Key Responsibilities :
Material Handling : Assist in the transportation and organisation of materials and equipment on site, ensuring they are readily available for the team.
Team Support : Provide support to the Team Leader and other team members as needed, including holding or positioning materials during installation.
Site Maintenance : Maintain a clean and secure work site by removing debris, sweeping up, and disposing of waste materials properly.
Truck Stocking : Ensure that the company truck is stocked with necessary materials and tools at the beginning and end of each workday.
Equipment Management : Assist in loading and unloading tools and equipment, and ensure they are properly stored and maintained.
Safety Compliance :



Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
General Labour Tasks : Perform other general labour tasks as required to support the team and project completion

Requirements :
Physical Fitness : Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 kgs) regularly.
Reliability : Punctual and dependable, with a solid work ethic and attention to detail.
Team Player : Ability to work effectively as part of a team, taking direction and offering support where needed.
Safety Awareness : Understanding of and commitment to safety practices in a construction environment.
White Card :
Experience : Previous experience in construction or labour-intensive roles is an asset but not required.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
