Taco Gringo is seeking an experienced Chef / Grill Cook to join the team on a casual basis at our Wandal, Rockhampton location. You will own the grill and hot section, cooking Birria Beef, Al Pastor Pork, and Chipotle Chicken while maintaining quality during busy service.

We welcome applicants with kitchen experience and a solid work ethic; Mexican food knowledge is a bonus but not required. Competitive casual rates and adaptable schedule are offered.
