We are seeking a reliable and hard-working team member to join our growing operation servicing commercial kitchens across Adelaide.

This is a hands-on role involving deep fryer cleaning, used cooking oil collection, from sites including restaurants, pubs, cafés, and commercial kitchens.

Applicants with hospitality or commercial kitchen experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and environments is highly valued.

Key Duties
Drive a company vehicle to customer locations
Clean and service commercial deep fryers
Collect and transport used cooking oil
Complete daily runs safely and efficiently
Maintain a qualified attitude with customers onsite

Your Day

Your day will typically start between 4:00am and 5:00am, either at your first job site or from our inner-west warehouse. From there, you'll follow your scheduled run servicing customer sites throughout the day before returning to the warehouse to reload and wrap up with the team. Most days finish between 1:00pm and 2:00pm.

About You
C Class (car) driver's license is the minimum requirement (manual preferred but not essential; forklift license a bonus)
Practical knowledge of navigating Adelaide and surrounding areas




Previous hospitality or commercial kitchen experience highly regarded
Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour - can lift 20kg+
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Valuable work ethic and attention to detail
Able to handle early starts and a physically demanding role
