We are looking for a reliable construction labourer / trade assistant to join our team for ongoing residential construction and renovation work across Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
This role suits someone who has some hands-on site experience , knows how to use basic power tools and hand tools , and can work without needing to be told every little thing.
You will be assisting with general construction work including site prep, demolition, cleaning, material handling, pick-ups, assisting trades, and keeping jobs moving efficiently.

Have construction site experience :
Know how to use basic tools and power tools :
Have your own transport :
Be punctual and reliable :
Be physically fit and ready for hands-on work
Be able to follow instructions and work at a valuable pace
Preferred :
White Card
Driver’s licence
Experience on residential building sites
Ability to work independently when needed
What you’ll be doing :
General labouring
Site preparation and clean-up
Demolition assistance
Loading and unloading materials
Material pick-ups and deliveries
Assisting trades in office
Keeping sites clean, organised and running efficiently
