Job Description Teddy CO FUNLAND Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Part time Bookkeeper and Admin to join our team. As a Part time Bookkeeper and Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and administrative efficiency of our organization. Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Prepare and process financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and data entry

Maintain and update financial software and systems

Assist with budgeting and forecasting





Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

3 years of experience in bookkeeping and administration

Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (or equivalent)

Solid knowledge of financial software, including Xero

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based accounting software

Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
