Precision Labour Hire is seeking a reliable and motivated Pick Packer with a forklift ticket to join a busy chemical manufacturing facility in Lytton.
The role is primarily focused on manual order picking and packing, with approximately 90% manual handling and 10% forklift operation. This is an ongoing prospect suited to someone who enjoys hands‑on work and is comfortable working in a rapid‑paced manufacturing environment.
The Role Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm | Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm | $33.50 per hour

Manual order picking and packing
Forklift operation as required
Palletising, labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
General production and manual handling duties
Quality checks and maintaining a clean, organised work area
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
To be considered, you will need
Current Australian LF Forklift Licence – essential
6 months forklift experience minimum
Pick packing and manual handling experience
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling
Reliable, safety-focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environmenat
Own reliable transport and current driver's licence, as public transport is not available
Important PPE Requirement Cotton PPE is mandatory in this chemical manufacturing environment. Polyester and other synthetic clothing will not be permitted.
