We’re seeking an experienced Receptionist who enjoys working in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and can provide exceptional front-of-house support.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet students, staff, parents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct phone calls and general email enquiries
Provide administrative support to staff and faculty teams
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain reception area presentation and assist with event coordination when required




Support general office and data entry tasks as needed

About You:
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration (education sector experience highly regarded)
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) – essential
Available Immediately
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
Reliable, adaptable, and available for ongoing ad-hoc bookings
