Main Duties :
Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility
Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks vans or containers
Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
Checking loads are secure
Stacking empty pallets
Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment
Removing waste wraps or material from pallets
Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
Dumping waste wraps or materials into waste collection bag
SKILLS
Prior experience within a warehouse setting
Excellent communication skills along with a high understanding of numeracy
Ability to work well within a small team
Must hold a valid Work Secure Forklift licence
Prior experience with the use of a Forklift
Fluent English and Mandarin language skills.
