NSW Health in Caringbah, Sydney is seeking a Virtual Health Clinical Change Manager on a temporary full time basis until June 2028. The role leads the development and implementation of virtual models of care within the Virtual Health Hub, driving priority initiatives from concept to delivery.

The successful candidate will head project and change management efforts, manage multiple programs, and collaborate across the Strategy, Innovation and Improvement Directorate to transform care delivery.
