Veolia Environmental Services in Sydney seeks a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Frontline team at Wetherill Park on a full time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for our Waste customers, handling a high volume of phone calls and email cases while delivering exceptional service.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, maintain accurate CRM records, and resolve issues using knowledge of transport legislation and waste industry practices.
