Contracts Administrator – Construction & Infrastructure Up to $600 per day + Super Initial 3-Month Contract Sydney Olympic Park - Hybrid Working

Ethos is partnering with a leading Utilities organisation to recruit an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the procurement and delivery of a large-scale capital works program. This is an excellent opportunity for a contracts and commercial skilled with experience in construction or infrastructure projects to lead pre-contract and procurement activities, commercial negotiations and stakeholder engagement across a diverse portfolio of major projects. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end pre-contract and procurement activities for major infrastructure projects Develop procurement strategies and commercial approaches for capital works Manage tender processes, commercial negotiations and contract establishment Build solid relationships with project teams, legal, finance and suppliers Negotiate commercial arrangements to deliver value for money and manage project risk Develop forward procurement plans across a large program of works Ensure compliance with governance,



probity and procurement frameworks Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and commercial processes About You

Experience in procurement, commercial or pre-contracts roles within construction or infrastructure environments Solid knowledge of construction contracts and commercial negotiations Experience delivering procurement activities for capital works or infrastructure projects Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project workplace Relevant qualifications in Business, Construction, Engineering, Law or a related discipline Highly Regarded

Experience with NEC4 or GC21 contracts Exposure to SAP Ariba, InEight or similar procurement platforms Experience working across major infrastructure or utilities projects If you're a contracts, procurement or commercial qualified with a backgroundin the Utilities sector as well as managing procurementfor Infrastructureand construction projects, we'd love to hear from you.
