We are frequently looking for new casual Customer Service Attendants (CSAs) to join our awesome team at Fortress Melbourne. About the Role : We’re always on the lookout for amazing people to join our team. You might be a cocktail wizard ready for a new challenge, or maybe you’ve got solid restaurant/venue floor skills and want to level up. Our CSA team does everything from serving tables and making cocktails to helping guests with PC gaming, tabletop, and arcade experiences.

At least 2 years experience in a similar fast-paced food & beverage workplace is essential :
Outstanding guest service skills
Experience as a bartender will be an advantage
Experience servicing large crowds of up to 1000 people
Confidence in handling guest complaints & resolutions
A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
A valid Working with Children Check (this must be obtained before employment commences)
High energy with the ability to multi-task & adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent personal presentation & a positive “can do” attitude
Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidays
Full ongoing rights to work in Australia
