We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service & Retail Associate to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service both in-store and online.

About the Role

You’ll be the front line of our business—handling customer interactions across multiple channels while helping manage the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
Answer incoming calls and assist with product enquiries and orders
Operate and manage the retail store, including opening/closing procedures
Assist with order processing, returns, and general admin tasks
Maintain store presentation and ensure a clean, organised workspace




Support the team with various operational duties as required

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not essential
Interest in boxing/fitness is a bonus

Full-Time (38 hours per week)

Wage is negotiable based on experience and skills

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
