APG Workforce is currently seeking a Customer Service/Telesales Representative to join our client based in Wulkuraka.

Role Overview : Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will use your excellent customer service and tele sales skills to communicate to our existing customer base

Hours : Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay rate : $37.08

Key Responsibilities :
Inbound and outbound calls to customers
Contact customers for order placements
Data entry for customer orders
General administrative tasks as required
Some reception duties

Skills & Experience :
Previous experience in a similar role - telesales/sales/customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong communication Skills
Able to work as part of a team




Able to work unsupervised when required
